Perhaps the most iconic of all Jeanneret’s designs is the armless lounge chair, better known as the Pierre Jeanneret Kangaroo chair. With its striking Z frame, gently bowed back rest and cane lattice it encompasses everything we love about the mid-century aesthetic pioneered by Jeanneret. Originally created for a private residence in the Indian city of Chandigarh in the 1950s , our re-edition of this famous design looks to preserve Jeanneret’s vision, iterating only for added strength and to reduce weight.
